An instruction manual how to set up your luge is attached to all confirmation emails. A hard copy will also be enclosed with all orders. If the customer does not have a copy of this please download from our website.

Funky Ice will not take responsibility for errors on a booking. The final order is what is detailed by the customer on the completed order form.

In the event that the Customer cancels an Order the following charges will apply:

• Each cancellation will incur a £20 administration fee.
• If the customer cancellation request is emailed 7 or more days before the delivery date a full refund less the £20 administration fee will be issued.
• If the cancellation request is less than 7 days before the Order is due there will be no refund.
• Alterations to delivery address, timings or delivery date will incur a £20 administration fee.

Funky Ice warrants that on delivery the goods shall be as described on the website and of satisfactory quality (within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979)

Funky Ice shall not be liable if the Goods fail to comply with the warranty set out above. Funky Ice will not be liable if a defect arises because the Customer failed to follow the instructions manual as to the storage, commissioning, installation, use and maintenance of the Goods;

Funky Ice will not be liable if defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal storage or working conditions;

Dry Ice is extremely dangerous and must be handled responsibly by an adult with the gloves supplied as shown on the instructions leaflet. Funky Ice do not take any responsibility for mishandled dry ice or the dry ice not being disposed of as advised.

All sculpture/luges must be placed on sturdy four legged tables. We do not recommend Podium nor Trestle tables for your order as the average sculpture weighs approx. 20kg. Funky Ice or its agents cannot accept liability for any injury arising from the misuse of sculptures or luges once delivery has been accepted.

In the unusual event of your luge being delivered damaged e.g unusable, broken in half a picture of the damaged luge must be sent to immediately with the full packaging in the picture.

Party Luge may use a sub-contractor for the  to make deliveries within the pre-agreed delivery times. In these cases a tracking number will be sent via email the day before delivery is made so the customer can follow its journey. It is not Party Luges responsibility to track this to ensure delivery is made.

In the unusual event of the sub-contractor not delivering the order Party Luge will investigate the matter and refund where appropriate.

If for any reason the Customer fails to accept delivery of any of the goods when they are ready for delivery, or the sub-contractors are unable to deliver the goods on time because persons were not available to sign for the delivery the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered.

In cases where an order is being delivered using a sub-contractor, once your order has left our warehouse delivery is under their Terms and Conditions.

Funky Ice accepts no responsibility for losses or breakages following delivery and acceptance of the Goods.

If you wish to return your product once received, please ensure this is sent to the above address in resalable condition. Please note failure to do this may result in you not obtaining a refund. Upon receipt of return Party Luge will process a refund within 3 working days less a £25 restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all postage charges.
